CARDIFF June Dance - Saturday 6 JunE 2026

Cardiff-Whitchurch Tuesday Class held its annual June Dance on Saturday 6 June. Although over-all numbers were somewhat disappointing, members of the Tuesday Class itself turned out in force, and participated enthusiastically, with most class members dancing almost all the dances on the programme, no mean feat for some of our less experienced dancers.

We are also grateful to dancers from other areas who travelled from as far apart as Pembrokeshire and Swansea to the West, and Abergavenny and Bristol to the East. It was great to see people mixing so happily together.

Thanks to everyone who worked hard to make this an enjoyable event – not least to Ian Muir who travelled by far the furthest (from Prestwick in Scotland) and who provided us with totally irresistible music.

Save the date: Next year, Saturday 5 June 2027, again (to our great delight) with Ian Muir.
